Demon Visitation
I’ve had two encounters of this sort, once when I was 17 and the other one a couple of months ago.
The first one happened right after me and my friends were messing around with a Ouija board and then we went to see the exorcist. I know you would say it was just an over active imagination, but what I felt that night was beyond dread.
I went to sleep that night, only to wake up in a sleep paralysis. I could see my room and everything in it, but the worst of all was what was standing at the bottom of my bed. It was hideous, and very large, and it had an air of menace about it, particularly directed towards my brother who I could hear watching TV in the living room.
I was so scared and just couldn’t get up to warn him. When I finally got out of it I went straight to him and spent the night watching TV with him.
Now I’m 24 and I have a baby (1 year). I was asleep, and suddenly I woke up with the same dread I felt then. This time its menace was directed towards my baby (who sleeps next to my bed in her cot). I could see it taken a string that was tied to some wind chimes hanging from my ceiling and tying it around her neck, I was hysterical by then.
I started praying fervently to God to keep us safe, in that moment it was like I had an out of body experience, because the thing left my room and was outside and I was following it outside, still praying. When it passed through our gates I finally got up and checked my daughter, lucky she was fine, but the experience scared me beyond anything I’ve ever been through.
I think that certain things opens doors to your soul, that gives demons the chance to come in. I’m a firm believer in God and I believe that’s what helped me that night.

Got something to say?
I have also had experiences with sleep paralysis. It is a very scary feeling when it is happening. Some people say that it is a paranormal phenomenon while others say there is a scientific explanation for the process.
I believe that both explanations are valid. Someitmes it is a normal (but very strange) experience, but sometimes it is a paranormal phenomenon.
I experienced visits like yours..only the shadow was looking right at me and it touched me. It was a scary feeling and of course…I couldn’t move at the time that it was happening. It has happened a lot in my childhood and only stopped after I finally married and settled down with my husband. The only question I had back then was why me….but I soon realized that that was a stupid question to ask as demons are not humans…who knows what they think about and their reasons..or if they have any.
I have been experiencing things since i was a kid. I have experienced sleep paralysis, but what sticks out in my mind most were the shadows. I was sleeping one night and I thought I woke up. I had an awful feeling that I was gagging. I remember standing up in the bed trying to get whatever that was inside of me out. All the while shadows were all around me on the floor and on the walls. I felt something in the room with me, it was intense. I’m still freaked out until this very day. There are things in this world that cannot be explained……..~
So what would you call it if some if some one is awake and they know they are but they have no control of there body whatsoever?
Ouiji boards are a welcome sign for all spirits/Demons good or bad mostly bad.
That is creepy. Just pray. Hope he doesn’t come back. God bless
First I want to say that this has nothing to do with science. Absolutely nothing so you can throw that notion right out the window. What you are experiencing at that moment is supernatural. And the only way to overcome that power over your spiritual and physical being is the name of JESUS and calling on GOD. I have experienced this over 50 times. What’s consistent is that it only happens when I begin to pray to Jesus for a better relationship with him. It’s a spiritual war for possession over you in some way. Again, science has nothing to do with this. It’s a 100% Supernatural experience you are going through.
I believe in God too. I really do think he was keeping you and your daughter safe that night. I would strongly advice you to tell your daughter when shes a bit older not to play with Ouji boards, they can let demons and horrible evil spirits into your life if your not careful. Your faith in God kept you two safe!!!!!!!!
I have been having these paralysis since I was a child. I am now 45yrs old and am still having them. I have learned to control them. I read somewhere that you can control what is happening in the episodes with some practice. I have tried this and it works. The main thing is to stay calm and don’t be scared. My latest occurence was last week. At first, as a child, I was scared to death and as the years went on, I just put up with it. I sometimes would wake up and try to scream, or wake myself up. Mostly scream. There is always a presence of a demonic sense in the room or on top of me. Sometimes he would be trying to hurt me by pinching me, shaking me, prodding me. This is what was so scary. Now I learned to just go with it. Last year, I had one of these episodes and I started saying that I believed in Jesus and the demon was trying to convince me that I didn’t and I argued with him and he finally went away. I thought about this for awhile and realized that since I said I believed in god, the demon hasn’t came to visit me for over a year until last week. Then I received a visit. I am no longer scared when I get a visit and I try communicating with this demon. It is like I can communicate with him and he with me. I could see him and feel him but I am no longer afraid of him. He was bald to the touch and had bumps on his back and a long lizzard like tongue. Now for those of you who maybe thinking I am crazy. I am not. I am a normal person, I have a full time professional job, lots of friends and a wonderful family. I have no medical conditions such as schizophrenia, or paralysis or MS. I am healthy other than a little high blood pressure and a bit over weight due to a thryoid condition. Those are all normal health problems for someone my age. What I am saying is it has nothing to do with a mental disorder of some sort. I think some people are just more subseptable to these types of experiences. Anyhow, for anyone who is afraid. Try to stay calm and use the power of your mind to communicate. Tell the demon that you believe in god and or are spiritual and for the most part he will stay away. My experience so far has been that he doesn’t visit as often, and he doesn’t try to hurt me anymore. I think it is because I am not afraid of him and I try to communicate with him.
