Ghost Girl In The Mist
I am now 12 years old and I know I’m young but this happened to me about three years ago.
I was walking down to school. It was kind of foggy that day, so I could barely see anything. A familiar house was coming up. The couple that lived there was about 70-80 years old, I knew them well.
Then I was looking forward and I saw this girl in the fog. She had red eyes and she was almost as white as paper. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Then she just vanished.
For the rest of the year I walked with a friend. After that week I asked the couple about the girl. They looked as if they were in shock. They told me the legend of the girl.
It was around the 1800s, her family was very wealthy. She didn’t want any of the money that her family had. She was beautiful, full of life and wonderful. Then one day, it was foggy, and her father killed her for money. It was so sad.
The old couple said to wear this necklace whenever and wherever I go. I never took that neck off ever. The next day it looked stormy and I wanted to pay respects to that girl. I said a short prayer and that even though I didn’t know her, I respected her.
